The Arizona Cardinals at 9-1 have been dealing with a lot more national media attention this week ahead of Sunday’s game at the Seattle Seahawks
The Arizona Cardinals knew it was coming, especially going 9-1 after beating the Detroit Lions last week and heading to face the Seattle Seahawks this week in a game that would put the Cardinals possibly one week away from eliminating the Seahawks from being able to win the NFC West. Just hope they don’t let it all go to their heads.

If I know the Cardinals like I think I do, then they shouldn’t allow that to happen. Head coach Bruce Arians has been very good at not allowing outside distractions get into the locker room. He also has kept the Cardinals even keeled and won’t let his team get big heads. He stressed to the media this week he and his team know they’ve not accomplished anything yet.
As the Cardinals get ready to go north to Seattle for their big NFC West matchup, a lot more people have been talking to them and about them. The respect is starting to come around, at least recognition of what they are doing to this point.
The Cardinals will be fine. Most everyone this week is still picking the Seahawks to win, even local reporters. So be it. I still take the Cardinals in a close one on Sunday.
