Two Weeks Until Training Camp

The clock is ticking.  We are now just a couple of weeks away from the Arizona Cardinals getting started in Flagstaff.  As the team prepares, they are getting their draft picks signed.  Quarterback John Skelton and wide receiver Andre Roberts both signed contracts this week.  That’s great news.  Skelton has a real chance to fight Max Hall for the third quarterback.  The other most likely ends up on the practice squad.  As for Roberts, he is going to fight for the third and fourth receiving spots with Early Doucet.

There should be some interesting story lines in Flagstaff in August.  The quarterback position will be closely watched by fans, coaches and media alike as Matt Leinart and Derek Anderson battle it out.
