Cardinals Starting Quarterback

facebooktwitterreddit

Now that the draft situation is as clear as mud, who will be the starting quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals in 2011? Will it be John Skelton? Maybe. Max Hall? No way. Marc Bulger? There's a shot. Who knows right now? We can all make our best guesses though.

Of course there are a lot of possibilities when it comes to the draft, free agency, and the trade market.  We all hope the quarterback position produces a lot more positive results in 2011 than it did in 2010.  Really what is the best solution for the Cards?  Get an NFL ready QB in the draft?  Go veteran in free agency and bring in a quarterback through the draft to mentor or do the same and mentor John Skelton?  Do they go straight up and go get someone in a trade like Kevin Kolb?  To me that would be optimal.  Kolb could come in as a starter and Skelton can be his backup.

So what do you think?  I always seem to get people who think they know what's up to chime in.  I don't always know best or even have the best opinion all the time.  What's your opinion?
