If you’re going to get your quarterback, then you need to have a solid center. The Arizona Cardinals went out and re-signed center Lyle Sendlein this evening. According to The Arizona Republic’s Kent Somers, terms have not yet been disclosed.
Sendlein won’t blow you away, but he is a steady, serviceable, and smart guy who makes few mistakes. A solid blocker and good communicator, Sendlein re-signing was an uncertainty for awhile, but I am glad this got done. Now he can get to the business of learning how to play with newly acquired quarterback Kevin Kolb.
