Former Cardinals DT Alan Branch To Sign With Seahawks

A former Arizona Cardinal has flown the coup to join a division rival.  Defensive Tackle Alan Branch has agreed to join the Seattle Seahawks.  Branch spent his first four NFL seasons with the Cardinals.

Branch has four career sacks to go along with his 68 career tackles.  A decent pickup for the Seahawks, who have been quite busy over the past couple of days plucking free agents all over.

Terms have not been disclosed, but I would think he is getting some good money to move to Seattle.  Let’s see if his stock increases or decreases with the Hawks.  I think he might actually put up better numbers in Seattle.
