Arizona Cardinals 2012 Preseason Schedule Released
By Scott Allen
We already knew about the Arizona Cardinals first preseason game on August 5th in Canton, Ohio at the Hall of Fame Game, against the New Orleans Saints. Today, the NFL released the entire preseason schedule for the 2012 campaign. The Cardinals will play five games including the Saints game and the usual preseason finale with the Denver Broncos. This time the Broncos bring quarterback Peyton Manning with them. I would expect him probably not to be playing.
The other three games in the preseason are at the Kansas City Chiefs, home against the Oakland Raiders, and a road game at the Tennessee Titans. The Cardinals will end up playing three of the four AFC West teams. That is nothing unusual. Tey are not scheduled to play any of the preseason opponents in the regular season.
With the Chiefs, Raiders, and Titans games two through four of the preseason, those are the games I would expect to see a lot of action from the starters. They will be the biggest measure of what to expect from the Cards in the 2012 season.
