Arizona Cardinals 2012 Profile from A to Z: Stewart Bradley

Maybe coming to the Arizona Cardinals wasn’t the best option for Stewart Bradley.  The free agent linebacker that signed with the Cards almost a year ago came here from the Philadelphia Eagles with expectations to be a major force on the Cards defense.  The Cards obviously thought the same.  Unfortunately all he saw was his production slip.  After starting 16 and 12 games each of the previous two season respectively, Bradley only started one game in 2012.

Bradley only had 31 tackles in 2012 compared to 60 in 2010 and 108 in 2009.  Production was a disappointment to say the least.  He did see time in all 16, but some games it was very limited action.  So limited he didn’t even register a single tackle.

As much as teams run at the Cards and as active as a defense it is, to get into a game and not even register a tackle is impressive.  Clearly he wasn’t.  He now must use 2012 as a redemption year.  He needs to get back to what he did in Philly otherwise his days in Arizona will be numbered.
