The Arizona Cardinals staff is growing.  A report that came out a couple of hours ago says that the Cards have hired Indianapolis Colts offensive line coach Harold Goodwin to be their next offensive coordinator.  As we found out yesterday though, the offensive coordinator is merely in title only, for the most part.

New head coach Bruce Arians said yesterday that he calls all the offensive plays.  He said there would still be an offensive coordinator but he will call all the plays until he finds someone better.  I’m pretty sure Goodwin isn’t that guy.

Goodwin, as an offensive line coach, could help out tremendously in that department, so there is that.  Goodwin has been an offensive line coach with the Colts, the Pittsburgh Steelers, Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan, and an offensive line assistant with the Chicago Bears.
