A lot of people are happy with the Arizona Cardinals’ offseason, and that includes ESPN.
Matt Williamson graded the moves each team made in the offseason, and the Cardinals earned the highest grade in the NFC. Arizona has made a lot of changes this offseason, as it added a new coach, a new general manager, a new quarterback, a new running back and more.
