The Arizona Cardinals haven’t established great chemistry yet, as they have about 50 new players.
Luckily for them, defensive tackle Darnell Dockett has a way to help out.
According to ESPN, Dockett bought a tiger cub that he will likely take to training camp. The cub, which Dockett named “Little Buddy”, weighs 60 pounds. If the Cardinals let Dockett take his new pet to training camp, Dockett’s teammates will get to see it.
Dockett wanted a monkey, and as the article states, he offered $30,000 for it. $30,000 is a gigantic price to pay when it comes to pets, but Dockett’s offer was rejected. Luckily for him, he still got one pet.
If the Cardinals are lucky, Dockett’s tiger will motivate the team. That’s unlikely, but what is likely is that we continue to hear about Dockett’s new companion.
