Arizona Cardinals Not Likely To Move Much During Bye Week

The Arizona Cardinals have a chance to move up in the standings as they sit at home this weekend on their bye week but in reality with the teams they are chasing, some are on byes themselves and others the match ups don’t appear ripe for moving up.

The Detroit Lions at 5-3 are on a bye as well.  The Carolina Panthers at 4-3 do play, however they have a home tilt against the Atlanta Falcons, a team the Cards just beat up 27-13 last Sunday.  The San Francisco 49ers are on a bye.  The Seattle Seahawks do play but they are likely to just keep moving away from Arizona and San Francisco as they face the lowly Tampa Bay Buccaneers at home.

The St. Louis Rams also are in the hunt but they are hurting at quarterback and are facing coach Jeff Fisher’s old mates the Tennessee Titans.  The best bet for a team ahead of the Cards to lose is on Monday night when the Chicago Bears face the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field in Green Bay.  I would be looking to that game for any kind of playoff assistance.  It’s about the only week of the season except for maybe at the end when I look to others for help.  Otherwise, it’s get it done yourself! I hope the Cards get to enjoy the rest!
