Now that the 2013 season is over for the Arizona Cardinals, lets take a look at the roster and see what positions might get drafted.

QB – Being that there is need at other positions on the roster, I don`t believe Steve Keim will draft one unless there is a steal in the later rounds which I don`t think there will be one.

RB – With Andre Ellington, Ryan Williams, and Stepfan Taylor still on the roster, I don`t see a back getting drafted unless someone is too good to pass up.

WR – This position is very deep on the depth chart and if Keim is going to draft one he is going to have to be a head turner in the later rounders.

TE – With Andre Hardy and Brett Brackett being signed to the roster already, Jake Ballard, Jim Dray, Jeff King, and Kory Sperry being free agents, and Rob Housler having an off-year, I would think Keim will be looking for another body to fit into Bruce Arians` system.

O-Line – With Lyle Sendlein and Daryn Colledge getting up there in age and Eric Winston and Mike Gibson being free agents, Look for Keim to draft the best possible lineman probably within the first three rounds, but good lineman can be found in the later rounds as well.

DE – This position is not a need for the up coming season, but with Darnell Dockett getting up there in age along with Frostee Rucker who is a free agent, Ronald Talley a free agent, and Everrett Thompson being unproven, I can see Keim taking one as long as he is the best player on the board when it comes time for the Cardinals to pick.

DT – With Dan Williams and Alameda Ta`amu doing a good job on the line, I don`t see Keim drafting someone unless they come across someone they just can`t pass up.

LB – This is the deepest position on the depth chart that has the most talent and I just don`t see anyone getting drafted here, even if they can`t resign Karlos Dansby.

CB – Javier Arenas, Antoine Cason, and Bryan McCann are free agents and if anyone is coming back it probably will be Arenas. Still on the roster is Patrick Peterson who is coming into his last year on his contact, Justin Bethel, and Jerraud Powers, so I believe they will be looking for someone to either play along side Peterson or take his place.

S – Yeremian Bell is a free agent and I don`t think he will be back next year. Still on the team is Tyrann Mathieu, Rashad Johnson, Tony Jefferson, Curtis Taylor, and Orhian Johnson who was just signed, so I think they will be looking for someone worth drafting.

So there you have it, on the offense I`d be looking for Keim to draft a center and/or guard and a tight end. On the defense, I would think they pick up a defensive end, but I would think a corner back and/or safety would be first to be picked up. This is want I feel the team needs, but as we all know, you draft best player and not team need.
