The NFL finally came out and made it official. The Arizona Cardinals and their fans will know at this time tomorrow who they will play on what date.  Schedule release is slated for 8pm Eastern Time, which is 5pm in Arizona.

The Cards will as usual play their six NFC West divisional games with two each against the Seattle Seahawks, San Francisco 49’ers, and St. Louis Rams.  I would look for a couple of those games to possibly end up on national television.  The Cards are the last team to beat the defending Super Bowl Champion Seahawks.

This years AFC rotation takes the Cards to the AFC West.  This means home games against the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Diego Chargers.  The Cards will travel to face the defending AFC Champion Denver Broncos and the Oakland Raiders.  All but the Oakland game are possibilities for a national television audience.

The Cards finished in third place in the NFC West, so they will play the third place teams in the NFC South and the NFC North.  They travel on the road to face the Atlanta Falcons and for the third year in a row, the Detroit Lions visit University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale.

As for the NFC East, it is the NFC West’s turn to play all the teams in the east.  The Cards will have road trips to face the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants.  They will face the Washington Redskins and Philadelphia Eagles at home.  Again, these all have national television audience possibilities.  So get ready for it.  Let the predictions begin.
