The Arizona Cardinals have just added the next piece to their arsenal on offense, picking up the fourth best TE in the draft Troy Niklas from Notre Dame.
Niklas is big and strong at 6’7 270 with great hands and also according to Mike Mayock of the NFL Network he may be the best blocking tight end in the entire draft.
This is a great pick up for the Cardinals and a great counter move to the moves that are being made throughout the NFC West division.
Niklas has two fellow pass catchers to look up to already in place with the Cardinals in wide receiver Micheal Floyd and fellow tight end John Carlson.
The Bruce Arians offense has just gotten that much more dangerous, and quarterback Carson Palmer may be the happiest guy in Arizona right now, seeing has some added protection and another weapon to pass too.
