As the Arizona Cardinals finish off the off-season in preparation for the start of training camp on July 25th in Glendale at University of Phoenix Stadium, we are going to take a look at the team roster from A to Z as it currently stands.  Next up is guard Jonathan Cooper.

2013 season: Cooper spent his entire rookie season on injured reserve with a broken leg he suffered in the preseason game against the San Diego Chargers.  An unfortunate injury in just his first few weeks in the NFL.

2014 season:  Cooper says he’ll be there for training camp but when he will be game-ready is another question.  He has been taking snaps in the camps but both he and the team believe he still has a lot of progress to make in order to be ready to play in a live game.  Right now, they aren’t sure he’ll be ready for the start of the season but he is preparing to get out there when camp starts out in about four weeks.  The good thing is, even though game-wise he is still in his rookie phase, he has had the playbook for a year now so he won’t be coming in blind like he was a new guy.
