As the Arizona Cardinals finish off the off-season in preparation for the start of training camp on July 25th in Glendale at University of Phoenix Stadium, we are going to take a look at the team roster from A to Z as it currently stands. Next up is kicker Jay Feely.
2013 season: After getting a slight nudge in competition in training camp, Feely had a fine season. He went 30-36 on field goal attempts and 37-37 on extra points. His longest field goal of the season was 52 yards. He had 86 kickoffs, 33 of them went for touchbacks.
2014 season: Feely will be going into his fifth season as the Cards kicker. He has a couple of guys in camp for competition but make no mistake, unless disaster strikes, Feely will be your 2014 Arizona Cardinals kicker. He’s as steady as a veteran kick can come. No need to go looking for anyone else at the moment.
