As the Arizona Cardinals finish off the off-season in preparation for the start of training camp on July 25th in Glendale at University of Phoenix Stadium, we are going to take a look at the team roster from A to Z as it currently stands. Next up is guard Paul Fanaika.
2013 season: Fanaika started all 16 games at guard last season for the Cardinals. The local product out of Arizona State was part of an improved offensive line in 2013.
2014 season: Fanaika is in the mix to be part of the offensive line again. He was good enough and healthy enough last season to be a mainstay. I think stability on the line is important even if his performance was shaky at times. He’s got decent size and he knows the system now. I think the best thing for quarterback Carson Palmer now is a stable offensive line. With as much injury and inconsistency the line has had over the years, it was nice to see Fanaika in there the entire season.
