The Arizona Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers have released their inactive lists for this afternoon’s games.  Cards quarterback Carson Palmer is inactive on Sunday.  Also inactive for the first time is tight end Rob Housler.  That means tight end Darren Fells will be active for the first time this season.  Also missing today’s game is Dave Zastudil.  He still is not healthy enough to punt.  Drew Butler will take on the punting duties one more time.

For the Niners they will have Vernon Davis inactive.  Also inactive is another tight end, Vance McDonald.  That means Derek Carrier is the number one tight end on Sunday.
