The Arizona Cardinals are off tomorrow on the bye week but there is other NFL action on your televisions. Of course if you have Sunday NFL Ticket on Direct TV or you have NFL RedZone, you can pretty much see every game at some point. However if you have cable and don’t subscribe to Redzone, here is what you can expect to see.
CBS (CBS 5 – Phoenix) 10:00am:
Carolina Panthers at Baltimore Ravens (Greg Gumbel, Trent Green):
Clearly the best game CBS had to choose from in the AFC on Sunday. It will be interesting to see how the Panthers are able to rebound, on the road, from their embarrassing loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers last Sunday night 37-19. Both teams lost players for the season last week. The Ravens lost tight end Dennis Pitta and the Panthers lost running back Mike Tolbert.
Fox early (Fox 10 – Phoenix) 10:00am:
Green Bay Packers at Chicago Bears (Kevin Burkhardt, John Lynch):
The Packers haven’t played very well, only coming from behind to beat the New York Jets at home in week two. They scored only 7 points last week in a loss to the Detroit Lions. The Bears are coming off a win on Monday night over the Jets and the week before against the San Francisco 49ers. Green Bay could be in big trouble if they lose this one.
Fox late (Fox 10 – Phoenix) 1:00pm:
Philadelphia Eagles at San Francisco 49ers (Joe Buck, Troy Aikman):
The Eagles take their 3-0 record on the road in a tough test at Levi’s Stadium. The Niners lost their opener at their new stadium and have dropped to 1-2 in the NFC West. Another loss could send this team spiraling.
