The Arizona Cardinals are 7-1 and it’s not all one or two guys but a team effort, different players that help each week
If there wasn’t a better blue print of a team winning by using all of its pieces, then I don’t know what else to tell you about the Arizona Cardinals and their 28-17 victory over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. Three different players scored their first touchdown of the season for the Cards on Sunday.

The Arizona Cardinals now have 12 different players who have scored a touchdown this season. A new defensive star rises each week for the Arizona Cardinals defense. Yesterday was no different.
Tight end John Carlson, wide receiver Jaron Brown, and running back Marion Grice all got their first touchdown of the season on Sunday. Guys like Brown also play big on special teams.
When your 4th WR, #Cardinals JARON Brown, catches a TD, then immediately is on KO coverage team..that is team building 101. #Ideal

On offense so far it has been receiver Larry Fitzgerald having close to a career day one week. The next week or even the same game, rookie receiver John Brown comes up huge. Running back Stepfan Taylor spelling workhorse running back Andre Ellington well often. Guys like running back Robert Hughes and then of course backup quarterback Drew Stanton coming in and going 2-1 in replacement of quarterback Carson Palmer.
On defense on Sunday we heard a name we don’t get to hear a lot. Defensive tackle Dan Williams had a huge sack. Defensive end Ed Stinson made a huge play to stop a first down run by Cowboys quarterback Brandon Weeden in the fourth quarter. Safety Tyrann Mathieu had his biggest day of the season. Cornerback Patrick Peterson played his best game of the season, shutting down Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant.
One week it is linebacker Larry Foote. The next week it is safety Tony Jefferson. Cornerback Justin Bethel had a huge play on special teams blocking his first kick of the season on Sunday.
Team effort. That’s what it is all about and that’s what makes this team different. They don’t rely on just one or two players.
