St. Louis Rams vs. Arizona Cardinals Inactives

The Arizona Cardinals and St. Louis Rams have announced their inactives for today’s game at University of Phoenix Stadium at 2:25.  There are really no surprises for the Cardinals.

Arizona Inactives:

QB Logan Thomas, LB Thomas Keiser, LB Desmond Bishop, TE Darren Fells, RB Stepfan Taylor, LB Glenn Carson, DT Alameda Ta’amu

Taylor was not much of a surprise.  Bishop was not much of one either.  Keiser and Carson have been mainstays on the inactive list so far this season.  But as for Taylor, his calf will leave him missing his second game and it probably won’t be his last.

Taylor was injured in the win two weeks ago against the Philadelphia Eagles.  He was expected to be out up to eight weeks but was not immediately ruled out in Wednesday’s injury report.  He initially started the week listed as doubtful.  So maybe there is some hope he can return sooner than later?  Let’s hope.

St. Louis Inactives:

S Marcus Alexander, RB Trey Watts, CB Marcus Roberson, LB Daren Bates, T Brandon Washington, TE Alex Bayer, DE Ethan Westbrooks

No real standouts amongst the Rams inactives, so the Cardinals will need to be ready for the Rams best.  Of course the Rams are missing Jake Long, Brian Quick and Sam Bradford for the rest of the season.

The nice thing about the inactive list today is defensive tackle Ed Stinson is not on it.  He injured his groin in practice on Friday and had been listed as questionable.  Running back Andre Ellington is a go as usual as well.
