It was thought at the beginning of the week, as recently as Tuesday that Fitz was expected to be a full participant in practice this week. He was limited Wednesday and Thursday. There is still a feeling though that he will be playing this week.
The Cardinals don’t want to rush him back but at the same point I think losing the last two weeks has placed a re-emphasis on the importance of these last four games. There is no margin for error any more.
WR Larry Fitzgerald had a big smile when he said it was "highly likely" he plays this week. This time around, he's probably right. #KCvsAZ

Straight from Fitz’s mouth he says he’s playing. Of course he doesn’t get the final say even though it is Fitz. Last Sunday there was talk that the Cardinals may even hold him out as a precaution for a couple more weeks even if medically he was cleared. That was before losing to Atlanta though.
If he is cleared, I say he needs to play. Fitz wants to play. If the doctors are going to clear him and he can cut without a problem then there should be no problem playing him. However, he hasn’t gone full in practice yet, so that is concerning.
