The Critics Continue To OverLook The Arizona Cardinals

The playoff race is heating up and the (11-3) NFC leading Arizona Cardinals get a little more help with the results of the early games.

The loss drops the Packers one full game behind the Cardinals for the number one seed in the playoffs. The fox crew came on after the game and like all of the critics, overlook the Cardinals being in the driver seat for the number one seed. Howie Long said “Now the Seattle Seahawks are the front runners if they win out to get the number one seed” and that could be true, but there is already a front runner in the desert that is not getting the respect they deserve. The fox crew did not even mention the Arizona Cardinals once in their post game show, as if they didn’t even exist as the only team in the NFC with 11 wins.
This type of disrespect could be part of the reason Head Coach Bruce Arians is so fiery in the media against his opponents. The Cardinals are the only 11 win team in the NFC and a head -to-head match up next week with the Seahawks should determine the West division and perhaps the number one seed.
Redbirds still have not made a decision on a starting quarterback for that game, but one thing is certain, no team has won in the desert in 2014 and no matter whom the signal caller is, the opponent will have to deal with arguably the best defense in the NFL.
As for the critics who over-look the Cards as the front runners, its simple 11 is greater than 10 and nine.
