Ryan Lindley looks the part of a third string quarterback, as his offensive line has given him time to make his reads for the most part, but he is not accurate nor is he making clean reads. The Seahawks defense doesn’t seem to have been challenged much in this game, and with the Cards only 54 yards passing this is going to be a tall task to over-come.
Opportunity continues to get squanders by the Cards as corner-back Patrick Peterson had a chance at an interception inside the 15 yard line and dropped the ball right into his hands. That allowed a punt to put the Cards at their own 43 and a chance for a field goal went to nothing as the offense gets their third consecutive three and out.
Hauschka missed his third field goal to keep the Cards with a chance, and a big fourth and one to set up a big play to Floyd over Richard Sherman. That set up another field goal for the Cards and they pull to 14-6 to make it a one possession game.
The Cardinals are going to need a big play to from their defense or special teams to win this game, because the offense and Ryan Lindley cannot break through the Seahawks defense.
