The St. Louis Rams made a huge trade as well. They gave up quarterback Sam Bradford to the Eagles for quarterback Nick Foles. On the surface it appears the Rams win because Foles is a little younger and has played more recently. Bradford has his injury history and now there are rumors the Eagles may already be trying to shop him to others.

Fairley is a great pickup for the Rams. He was injured in 2014 though so we’ll see if the move pays off for the Rams. Ayers comes over from the New England Patriots.
As far as losses go, the Rams lost quarterback Shaun Hill to the Minnesota Vikings, defensive tackle Kendall Langford to the Indianapolis Colts, and tackle Mike Pearson to the Falcons. They re-signed a couple of their own free agents, retaining receiver Kenny Britt and tight end Lance Kendricks.
Grading the Rams is tough right now. Although they’ve traded for Foles and got Fairley I sense they are far from done tweaking the roster. For what they’ve done so far though I’d give them a B. You can’t complain with much of what they’ve done yet.
