31. Cleveland Browns
2014 season record: 7-9
Top additions: QB Josh McCown, WR Dwayne Bowe, WR Brian Hartline
Top departures: TE Jordan Cameron, QB Brian Hoyer, WR Josh Gordon (suspended)
2015 projection: 7-9, 4th AFC North, miss playoffs
Talk about a team that is going to look a lot like its former self. The Browns didn’t do much to excite people either. They downgraded at tight end, losing Jordan Cameron and picking up Rob Housler who has been a disappointment in his first four NFL seasons with just one touchdown.
I’m also not sure they did anything to improve the quarterback situation either. In fact, that too could be considered a downgrade by some. At least Johnny Manziel seems to have said all the right things about how he will carry himself in the future. So, there is that bright side to look at.
