Sasquatch: The cure for a QB corps decimated by injuries
Sasquatch is the perfect plug-and-play QB.
Where or where was Sasquatch last year when the everyone this side of Kurt Warner played under center for the Cardinals? Just think of the added dimension he would’ve brought.
Instead of trotting out an overmatched Ryan Lindley in the NFC Wild Card Game, the Cards could’ve had 8-feet of screaming steel and sex appeal under center. Dude is so talented he doesn’t even need to know the playbook. Count to three and chuck the ball deep. If the pocket collapses, just watch him run it out of the spread. Sorry Cam Newton, there’s a real Superman Beast in town.
Alas, Sasquatch was out somewhere gallivanting in the woods and it wasn’t to be. Thankfully, he’s been reeled in and appears primed to make an impact on the league. If Boomer Esiason’s scouting report is halfway decent, the Big Hairy could be primed to have a season the likes of which has never been seen before.
