Week 14: Minnesota Vikings at Cardinals (TNF)

This could be a fun Thursday night matchup.  Second-year quarterback Teddy Bridgewater makes his Valley debut as a pro.  The Vikings have historically played the Cards well in Arizona for the most part.  Sure different personnel but still the same old silly mascot.  Cardinals 20 Vikings 16 (10-3)

Week 15: Cardinals at Philadelphia Eagles

This is the one game I think a lot of Cardinals fans have circled on their calendars.  It is likely a matchup that could have playoff implications.  The Cardinals defeated the Eagles in Glendale last season 24-20 but lost a tough one thanks to some shaky officiating two Decembers ago in 2013 24-21.  Time for some payback in Philly.  Cardinals 28 Eagles 27 (11-3)

Week 16: Green Bay Packers at Cardinals

The Cardinals again face a likely playoff team in quarterback Aaron Rodgers and company, two days after Christmas.  Here is that one home game the Cardinals could slip up.  The Packers are a tough tough team, especially in December as both teams prepare for the playoffs.  Packers 34 Cardinals 23 (11-4)

Week 17: Seahawks at Cardinals

The NFL schedule makers were kind enough to put three of the last four games of the regular season at home.  Unfortunately they also had a sense of humor in doing so, placing the Packers and then the Seahawks back to back in Glendale as the season winds down.  Well, I’m not sure we’ll be laughing at the end of this one.

Both teams could be playing this one for the NFC West crown.  As much as I’d like to agree with Weinfuss on his 38-17 prediction in favor of the Cardinals, I don’t think that happens.  Sure, they could win, but it will be close.  With everything on the line, neither team will be able to rest their starters.  Seahawks 23 Cardinals 22 (11-5)
