Arizona Cardinals defense creates six turnovers
The Cardinals were able to create two early turnovers of the Lions on Sunday but couldn’t do anything with them on offense. However a couple of other turnovers later did impact the offense’s chances of scoring. In all the Cardinals took the ball away six times from the Lions. This was after not getting a single turnover last week against the St. Louis Rams.
Of the six turnovers, four of them were interceptions. Safety Rashad Johnson led things off with his second interception of the season. He would add another later with his third interception of the young 2015 season. Cornerback Patrick Peterson got his second interception and defensive end Cory Redding got his first interception of the season.
