3. Tyrann Mathieu

We knew pretty quickly that “honey Badger” was going to silence the critics who were vocal in the Cardinals taking a chance on him in the third-round of the 2013 draft.  Mathieu has not only been a force on the field but a pillar of the community by all accounts.

After Mathieu went down with a torn ACL at the end of 2013 we weren’t sure what that meant for his near future.  It took him awhile to get going again in 2014 as he was brought back slowly.  However in 2015 he’s been off and running and looking better than ever.

You want to talk about a guy flying all over the field, Mathieu already has 36 tackles.  He also has two interceptions, one of which was returned for a touchdown.
