Arizona Cardinals vs Seattle Seahawks: Inactives
By Scott Allen
The Arizona Cardinals play the first of two games this season against the Seattle Seahawks Sunday night in Seattle
The Arizona Cardinals and the Seattle Seahawks have announced their inactives for Sunday Night Football in Seattle. There is good news for both sides of the ball as far as who is going to be available for the game.
The Cardinals had a couple of questionables coming into the game this evening but both of those players will be available. Let’s put it a better better way, both are active so they should be available.
Cardinals center Lyle Sendlein and receiver John Brown are both active Sunday night. Both were limited in practice As far as the Seahawks go, running back Marshawn Lynch is active as well.
Cardinals inactives:
QB Matt Barkley
WR J.J. Nelson
CB Robert Nelson Jr.
LB Shaq Riddick
G Ted Larsen
T D.J. Humphries
NT Xavier Williams
J.J. Nelson appears to be the odd man out Sunday night on the receiver core. Of note, it appears that the offensive line will see a change as well. Ted Larsen, who can play center and guard, is inactive. That means guard Earl Watford is active. Robert Nelson Jr., a former Arizona State Sun Devil, was just signed off of the practice squad this past Wednesday. He replaced cornerback Cariel Brooks, who was waived/injured.
Seahawks inactives:
CB Tye Smith
RB Bryce Brown
C Drew Nowak
G Mark Glowinski
G Kristjan Sokoli
TE Cooper Helfet
DT David King
No real huge surprises for the Seahawks inactives. David King was already ruled out for Sunday night back on Friday’s injury report. Turns out both teams found a way to get their players ready and active for Sunday night. Both teams will have their full arsenal of players for the big NFC West matchup.
