1. Carson Palmer
Seeing as he is a top-three favorite for NFL MVP, how can you not name quarterback Carson Palmer the team MVP? He did it all this season. Not only did he comeback from a torn ACL last season, he came back and started all 16 games while throwing for a single-season franchise-record 4,671 yards.
Palmer threw for 35 touchdowns and just 11 interceptions. I said before the season Palmer had the ability to win the league MVP and he went out and proved it. He likely won’t win the award because of Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton but it was still and MVP-worthy season.
Palmer is still looking for that first playoff win and he will get his chance this Saturday against the Packers. However, after Kurt Warner left, not many thought the Cardinals could catch lightning in a bottle a second time. They did just that in getting Palmer to lead this offense.
