The Arizona Cardinals have several positions that will need better performances or upgrades

The Arizona Cardinals will have a similar look in 2016 as they did in 2015 but it won’t be easy for some players to keep jobs once the new 53-man roster is finalized in September.  There are players who will need to work harder and some may not be around come the regular season.

These 10 players had some kind of issue one way or another in 2015 either on or off the field.  They will need to prove they are worthy of staying.  No one is given a job as head coach Bruce Arians has reminded people time and time again.

Bobby Massie, OT

Bobby Massie will is a free agent.  He has had an up and down career with the Cardinals so far.  One moment he seems to shine and the next seems to struggle.  I think this though is a struggle for the team.

It could be time to move on from the four-year pro.  Massie seemed to have more struggles than not down the stretch for whatever reason.   There are other options in free agency I think the Cardinals will actively pursue and move on from Massie.  If the Cardinals do re-sign Massie, I don’t expect a long-term contract and he may have to play on a make-good offer.

I know there are a lot of fans ready to move on from Massie.  It may be that time to let go.
