The Arizona Cardinals had a great seasons in 2015 finishing 13-3 and a trip to the NFC Championship Game

There are so many great plays that made the Arizona Cardinals 13-3 season, it was difficult to narrow it down to just 10 plays.  There are a few that stand above the rest but after that you could make an argument for dozens of others plays to make this list.

If these weren’t the top 10 plays of the year for the Cardinals in your mind, that’s fine.  These plays however are at least the 10 of most memorable.

10. J.J. Nelson’s 22-yard touchdown catch against the St. Louis Rams

The rookie receiver started catching people’s eyes in training camp.  He is considered one of the fastest players in the NFL thanks to his combine-fastest 40-yard run.  He showed a lot of that speed during the 2015 regular season.

The Cardinals struck rather quick against the Rams on this early December Sunday.  An 80-yard drive was capped with a Carson Palmer touchdown pass to Nelson.  It was a pass put in a place only Nelson could make but even then it still had to be a spectacular reception to give the Cardinals the six points.

Nelson at first looked like he could have been out of bounds with one foot.  However replays show that Nelson indeed got both feet in.  To be able to keep his balance and make the great catch at once was something to see.
