Arizona Cardinals draft profile: QB Carson Wentz
By Scott Allen

The Arizona Cardinals select 29th in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft
As we have reached April, the 2016 NFL Draft is getting closer and closer. The Arizona Cardinals select 29th in the first round. We now have just four weeks until the big night in Chicago.
Here is a look at the draft profile of quarterback Carson Wentz out of North Dakota State. He is a very low probability to drop all the way down to the Cardinals but you never know.
Height: 6-5
Weight: 237
Upside: Most of what you will observe with Wentz is an upside. He has a strong arm. He is known to be able to get his passes completed with very good accuracy. He will fit well in an NFL offensive system like the Cardinals have.
Downside: If you really want to search for something, it would have to be his broken wrist he suffered in October. Although he missed the rest of the regular season, he did return for the FCS Championship game. It seems to be an issue past him now but lets still remember it has only been six months since the injury.
What others have to say about Wentz:

I highly doubt he will fall all the way to 29. If he does fall a little bit though, could the Cardinals be tempted to trade up in the round? They reportedly have interest in several other quarterbacks as well. They’ve already worked out Mississippi State’s Dak Prescott and Ohio State’s Cardale Jones. I think it would be a mistake for someone like the Cleveland Browns at number two to bypass him.
