Arizona Cardinals head west to San Diego

The Arizona Cardinals to begin joint practices with the San Diego Chargers on Tuesday
The Arizona Cardinals were pushed outside for practice on Sunday. The high on Sunday reached 106 in the Valley of the Sun. Although they did practice in the 90-degree morning, it is still not the most pleasant atmosphere.
All of that is going to change this week with a trip to San Diego. Beginning with a Tuesday night practice at Qualcomm Stadium and concluding with another practice on Wednesday afternoon, the Cardinals and Chargers will tangle with one another.
The two teams will play a preseason game on Friday night at Qualcomm Stadium. Game time is set for 6 p.m.

The outdoor practices in the cooler weather should be a nice change of pace. Although they have had just one practice since their loss to the Oakland Raiders on Friday night at University of Phoenix Stadium, it is still nice to see them get out to hit someone else between games.
There will be several players to be looking out for this week. Tight end Jermaine Gresham is nursing an injury, again. He has back tightness. Also, receiver John Brown is still in concussion protocol. I would look for him to sit out this week again.
@AzSportsGirl63 Have to feel bad for AZ media coverage of @AZCardinals & @Dbacks having to spend week/weekend in San Diego 🙄

Not exactly a tough assignment for the media either as you can see. The team will return for four more training camp practices starting this Sunday.
