The Arizona Cardinals look to possibly make some roster changes this week
The Arizona Cardinals had a bad day on Sunday. It was one of the worst losses in the Bruce Arians era since he took over as head coach in 2013.
On Monday general manager Steve Keim indicated the Cardinals were going to bring in players on Tuesday for workouts. That isn’t abnormal for the Cardinals to do that. However they are bringing in nine players this week.
Given the way the Cardinals were dismantled, beaten, and knocked out on Sunday by the Buffalo Bills, it is definitely in the realm of possibility that the Cardinals will replace someone on the roster before Wednesday.
Who will that person be? Will the Cardinals make multiple moves? They may not make any. There is a reason the players they are bringing in do not currently have a job in the NFL.
That doesn’t mean someone can’t impress enough to take the spot of a current roster player. However despite the bad play all around on Sunday, there may be no one better than what they have. I do suspect they will find a player or two on Tuesday.
These three players are in serious jeopardy of losing their jobs. Here are the candidates.
