32. Cleveland Browns (0-8)

The Cleveland Browns are well..still the Cleveland Browns.  Each week they seem to find new ways to lose football games.

This can be said about them, they do make things interesting.  However when your team is fighting to win games and you are on your fifth quarterback, you have issues.

They play close for the most part.  Last week against the New York Jets was prime example.  Josh McCown returned at quarterback for the Browns.  They had an early lead but couldn’t hold it.

In the end the Jets beat them 31-28 in Cleveland.  The Browns remain winless but something tells me that isn’t going to last long.  One of these Sunday’s the Browns are going to figure out how to finish games, not just start them.

Week nine doesn’t bring much hope however.  The Browns host the 6-1 Dallas Cowboys.  I would look for the Browns in this same ranking next week.
