25. San Diego Chargers (3-5)

The Chargers were another team that had a hard time finding ways to win in fourth quarters early on in the season.  Then it appeared they could be turning things around sitting at 3-3 after six weeks.

The Chargers defeated the Denver Broncos in week six on Thursday Night Football.  Then they had a nice comeback in defeating the Atlanta Falcons in Atlanta in week seven.

However the Broncos got their revenge on the Chargers this past Sunday in Denver 27-19. Quarterback Philip Rivers threw three interceptions in the loss.

Running back Melvin Gordon continues to shine in his sophomore season.  He carried the ball 23 times for 111 yards in last Sunday’s loss.

The Chargers have also been decimated by injuries however.  They get to host the Tennessee Titans this Sunday at home. It won’t be easy and the Chargers shouldn’t take the Titans lightly much less anyone else.
