These five cornerbacks would look good in an Arizona Cardinals uniform

The Arizona Cardinals have a weak spot on defense.  It is at cornerback opposite Patrick Peterson. They tried Brandon Williams.  He didn’t work out, at least not yet but given time he may materialize.

They tried Marcus Cooper and ultimately even though he is a free agent, he is not a subject of this piece.  These five cornerbacks are free agents from other teams.  Cooper though would be in the mix.

There are some corners that are good but are too small for what the Cardinals are looking for. They also want someone fast and young.  They don’t have to be 22-years old, in other words, a draft pick, but at 29 or 30 the Cardinals have already proven that age is too high for them.

So we look at five cornerbacks that despite the high price tag on some, would be a good fit in Arizona.  None of them may turn out coming to Arizona but they will be available for the right price.  Don’t forget the Cardinals have a lot of their own free agents so money will be at a premium.
