Arizona Cardinals: 5 possibilities in first round of NFL Draft
By Scott Allen
Marlon Humphrey, CB, Alabama
Sure, Arians said the Cardinals seemed to be good at cornerback already.  That also could have been a huge smoke screen.  It wouldn’t be a first from Arians.
They could be eyeing the corner from Alabama.  He is the next-best available after Ohio State’s Marshon Lattimore, who will be long-gone by the time the Cardinals pick comes around.
Humphrey is another good-sized corner at 6’0.  Humphrey had five interceptions to go with 81 tackles and 13 passes defensed in his two seasons with the Crimson Tide.
He is compared to former Cardinals cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie by cbssports.com. Not a bad player to be compared to. Â Maybe if the Cardinals are able to draft him they can hold on to him longer.
Again that’s a huge question though, will Humphrey be around at 13?  It depends on who you are listening to.  Some have him going higher, some have him later in the first round.
