November 24, 2013 vs Indianapolis Colts

Arians played against his former team in his first season with the Cardinals.  Coming to Arizona from the Colts was truly amazing given the fact he had just won NFL Coach of the Year.

Of course that was an interim role, sitting in for the ill Chuck Pagano.  Arians didn’t take any mercy on his former team this day however.

The Cardinals ran out to a 27-3 halftime lead before eventually winning 40-11.  The Cardinals got three offensive scores and an interception return from linebacker Karlos Dansby for a touchdown.

The Cardinals added four Jay Feely field goals.  Colts quarterback Andrew Luck didn’t have such a good day.  He was just 20-39 for 163-yards with one touchdown and one interception.

Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald had two touchdowns that day.  Receiver Michael Floyd caught seven passes for 104-yards.

Even though the Cardinals didn’t have a 100-yard rusher, there were able to maintain a good ground game with Rashard Mendenhall’s 54-yards and Andre Ellington’s 50.
