These five Arizona Cardinals need a huge 2017 season or it could be their last in the desert

A number of outlets have talked about the window closing for the Arizona Cardinals after the 2017 season.  By window meaning championship window.

With the Cardinals taking a strong look at their future by building a younger team and not making a lot of splashes in free agency with older players this year outside of linebacker Karlos Dansby, they’ve shown they are thinking about the future.

So, which veterans will be included in that near future?  There are a number of them that could be playing for their jobs this season and could even be pushed this offseason and training camp.

There are some players who have been strong performers in the past but now face an uphill battle to maybe even keep their jobs for the 2017 season.  You can look to both sides of the ball and find guys in that situation.

These five players here are still expected to be a huge part of what the the team expects to do this upcoming season.  That being said, none of these five will be able to continue on with the Cardinals by reputation only.
