There are certain players who will have a big effect on how this season goes for the Arizona Cardinals
The Arizona Cardinals are at a crossroads in 2017. Quarterback Carson Palmer and Wide Receiver Larry Fitzgerald are at the end of their careers, and this might be the team’s last run with them. Coming off a down season where they finished 7-8-1 and out of the playoffs, they are looking for a bounce back.
Cardinals management had to work hard this offseason, where free agency took a large toll on the roster. Gone were veteran leaders like Calais Campbell and Kevin Minter. They also lost depth at running back and in the secondary.
Going into the draft, there were several holes to fill. They addressed them as best they could, and are happy with their haul, but there will be questions going into the season.
Football is the ultimate team sport, and no one player can win by himself. However, there are some players who will be key to the season for the Cardinals. Obviously, the quarterback position is the most important one on the field, but here are five other guys who will play a huge part in how the season goes in Arizona.
