The Arizona Cardinals have made it to the last week of the preseason with cuts coming after the final game

The Arizona Cardinals are 2-2 in the preseason with one game left against the Denver Broncos. They are three points away from being 4-0.

Results really aren’t what coaches and fans look for however.  It is the performances.  The Cardinals have been in every game.

However it has been a mixed bag of good and bad performances this preseason.  That can be said for players in all phases of the game, offense, defense, and special teams.

The Cardinals must cut down from 90 to 53 players by next Saturday afternoon.  Not such an easy task with some positions.  Some cuts will be tougher than others.

These five players have had up and down performances in training camp and in preseason games. They likely all are bubble roster spots.

Look for these five players to play on Thursday night, at least for a little bit.  Coach Bruce Arians said after the victory in Atlanta on Saturday night that no one’s job was safe.

Whether that is completely true or BA was just trying to keep his team on their toes remains to be seen.  However these five players should have one eye looking over their shoulder come next Friday or Saturday.
