The Arizona Cardinals announced their cuts on Saturday but some of them may be coming back

There are no guarantees but of the players cut by the Arizona Cardinals on Saturday, a number of them are eligible to come back and be signed to the practice squad.  The question is, who would the Cardinals be interested in?

A number of players released just didn’t have good camps or preseason preseason performances. That doesn’t mean the door is shut on them but it could be in Arizona.

The team can start adding to their practice squad on Sunday afternoon.  They are already likely calling players and scouring the waiver wire.

The player must be a rookie or have one year experience in the NFL in order to be eligible.  They can sign 10 players to their squad.

One position you may not see on the squad will be quarterback.  The Cardinals kept three of them on the active roster.

You probably can expect to see some offensive linemen and receivers, linebackers, and running backs.  It should be a good mix.

So now we take a look at five of the players the Cardinals released on Saturday that could return to be on their practice squad.  Some of these guys though could end up on a practice squad of another team.
