Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Bucs just missed the playoffs at 9-7 last year. They also return to one of their worst losses of 2016, where the Cardinals defeated them 40-7.
Look for an improved Jameis Winston. He made the Pro Bowl last season and shouldn’t be taken lightly. The Cardinals defense, particularly their secondary could have a long day.
It will be important for guys like Justin Bethel, Tyvon Branch, and Haason Reddick to be on their toes. Don’t expect another blowout like we saw last season.
Instead expect what could be a high-scoring affair. It wouldn’t be the first time for these two teams in Glendale.
Like most games, turnovers, or lack thereof, will be key for both teams. Winston was done in by a couple of Marcus Cooper interceptions last season. If Carson Palmer gives the ball away, the Bucs defense will make you pay.
Look for points to be put on the board by both teams. That is said despite what both defenses have to offer. Cardinals in a close one.
