The Bad
Injuries
The Cardinals lost several players to injury on Sunday. We don’t know the outcome of any of them at this point with all of them being evaluated further on Monday.
It all started with the Cardinals losing left tackle D.J. Humphries. He walked off the field on his own power but then was taken to the locker room, only never to return in the game.
Then running back David Johnson left the game after a catch in the third quarter. Johnson came out but looked like had dodged a bullet with wind just being knocked out of him.
He did leave to go to the locker room however after coming back in and losing a fumble. They are looking at his wrist.
Guard Mike Iupati injured his elbow late but head coach Bruce Arians said he will be fine. Also tight end Jermaine Gresham was injured late. No word on the severity of his injury at this point.
Even linebacker Markus Golden had to come out at one point. It appeared he was poked in the eye. He returned however.
