Closing window but not shut

During the game on Sunday there were some fans that said it appeared the window of opportunity was shut.  It was over.

It only looks that way when the Cardinals are getting their butts kicked.  It is certainly an understandable reaction.

After all was said and done on Sunday though, can we truly say the window for winning for the Cardinals is shut?  I don’t believe it is shut.  It is closing though.  They need wins.

The bright spot has been Palmer through all this.  Fitz hasn’t been as involved in the offense over the last couple of weeks but still continues to make plays when given the opportunity.

There is still a lot of talent, young and old, on this roster.  So while one eye should be on the future of this franchise, now is not the the time to close that window of opportunity to do something special here.

Is it an uphill climb?  Damn straight it is.  Can’t deny that fact.  So it is slowly closing but there is still time.
