Aaron Donald

He may have held out of training camp wanting a new deal but defensive tackle Aaron Donald has already made his mark early on for the Rams in 2017.  He will be handful for the Cardinals on Sunday.

In addition to the two sacks he has, he also leads the team in tackles for losses at four.  Add a forced fumble in there and it would seem the holdout had little effect on the playing field.

Donald is still fighting for the better contract.  Those types of players can be dangerous.  They are out with something to prove.

Forget the fact that Donald needs little motivation.  In just his fourth season in the NFL, Donald has 30 sacks, 28 of them in his first three seasons.

The Cardinals offensive line has already had some long days this season.  Last week was a nice improvement with the return of D.J. Humphries at left tackle and Alex Boone at guard.  Donald will certainly test the entire line.
